Speaking over the weekend, Senator Cory “I am Spartacus” Booker (D-NJ) stated that if the Democrats win the Senate or House, impeaching Justice Brett Kavanaugh would be in the realm of possibility.

Booker told Yahoo, “The reality is, right now, Republicans control the House and the Senate, and there’s no way to do even an investigation unless we flip one of the houses. So I think even before you start focusing on questions about his truthfulness before a Senate committee, you’ve got to focus on the urgency of the work over the next 30 days, and that’s where my focus is. … I think that after the dust settles on the night of the 6th, I think that’s where we start to evaluate … what is the best thing for us to be focusing on in terms of what’s best for America and the American people.”

In order to impeach a Supreme Court Justice, (which has only happened once, in 1805, when Samuel Chase, who was a Federalist, was impeached by the House for political bias, but was acquitted by the Senate), a majority of members of the House must vote for impeachment, then 67 votes from the Senate would be needed. The chances of getting 67 senators to vote against Kavanaugh without a hugely compelling case are miniscule.

Booker huffed, “If there is conclusory evidence that shows unequivocally that he lied to a Senate committee, that is a crime and he should be held accountable for those criminal acts.”

There is just one way to describe Corker, “A dumb arrogant moron N——.” He himself is a self described rapist and, and has really assaulted a female. If the democrat people try to remove justice Kavanaugh they will open up something that they and the whole country will suffer from.

Impeachment is easy. All it takes, is a majority (218) in the House of Representatives. But removing the impeached official is a bit more difficult. That takes 67 votes in the senate, and even if the Democrats ran the table in the mid term senate races, they would have fewer than 60 seats. Where are they going to get the other votes they need?

Spartacus loves to hear himself talk. However, he is full of crap.

He has his own legal problems to worry about. His release of documents to the Judiciary committee during his “Spartacus” moment has landed him in hot water and he could loose his seat in the senate. He admitted knowingly released documents deemed classified by the committee and then crowed about it calling it his “Spartacus” moment. He even admitted what he did was wrong and knew the consequences of his actions and did it anyway. He thus thumbed his nose at the rules set down by the senate for the behavior of senators, this showed his contempt for the rules and his fellow members, who I cannot see having any compassion for him in this manner. If they let him slide on this where does it end?

We know this from when Bill Clinton was impeached – he didn’t leave office.

This black boy is using the “impeachment” rhetoric to make himself viable, and taken seriously. The impeachment Trump message has failed, and now this idiot want to use the same message to justify his existence. But wait. Kamala Harris is not going to let him steal her limelight, she will make her move, and then we can read about using her sexual exploits to promote herself. I can’t wait for the drama. We have one who is an admitted rapist, and the other using her vegina to justify her existence.

If this is his main focus he does not deserve his seat. Do we also prosecute Ford for, maybe lying under oath. What’s good for one is just as good for the other. And Oh by the way. YOU AIN’T SPARTICUS. But just in cast you really think you are, keep in mind, it was the roman politicians that had him killed

What a laugh, Bookers platform for the Democrats seems to be ‘IMPEACH TRUMP”!. I guess after that we can just sit by and see what the Democrats will do for the rest of the Country – or should I say do to the rest of the country?
