Florida Republican Senator Marco Rubio shared a video on his Twitter account on Thursday that allegedly showed ballots being transported by private vehicles and then being loaded onto what appeared to be a rented truck on election night.

The video was posted to Twitter by Independent Congressional candidate Tim Canova, who was attempting to unseat Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) in Florida’s 23rd congressional district.

“This video, posted by an Independent Cong candidate in 18 (who was endorsed by Bernie Sanders in 16) purports to show Broward County ballots being transported from polling places in private cars,” Rubio tweeted late on Thursday. “Has anyone in local media looked into this claim or asked elections dept about it?”

“Concerned citizen sees ballots being transported in private vehicles & transferred to rented truck on Election night,” Canova wrote in his tweet that contained the video.

“This violates all chain of custody requirements for paper ballots.”

Here’s Rubio’s tweet where he shared the video:

The video Rubio shared came after more than 100 provisional ballots were rejected in Miami-Dade County earlier in the day after election officials said that those people showed up to vote a second time in the same election.

Canova’s name has been in the news before in Broward County when he filed a lawsuit against Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes to gain access to the ballots from the 2016 election after her office did not meet his request after three months.

The Sun-Sentinel reported that Canova was “checking for voting irregularities in the race.”

The Sun-Sentinel noted that a judge ruled that the “Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office violated state and federal laws by destroying ballots from a 2016 Congressional race too soon — and while the ballots were the subject of a lawsuit against the office.”

Earlier on Thursday, Rubio tweeted that Democrats and Florida election officials were trying to “steal” the election from Republican Rick Scott, noting that the Broward elections office had a history of “violating the law.”

Brenda Snipes is a perfect example of suspicious election tactics. Wasn’t she accused of election tampering in 2016? What in tge heck is she doing in charge of the ballots in this election?!!!! So he should be sued by the election board and the lawsuit against her by Scott should render these late “ballots” moot!!! They are fraudulent!!!! Throw her ass in Rikers for a year and let Karma take care of her!!

The last ‘6 month’ Agency audit included 7 Postal warehouses where 6 of them mishandled Special election ballots… the ballots kept being pushed back in the processing lines. All the General Managers for the warehouses claimed they didn’t know a Special Election was underway.
    “We have a problem Houston”.
This vehicle needs to have the FBI get involved and see if it originated from… a Postal warehouse, or other location, who was working at the warehouse, or other location and is involved with electioneering.
These stupid events, chain of custody, happens every election and there is only one excuse, no one ever gets held to task!!!!

Where I live, Montana, ballots are moved from polling stations to a central location in private vehicles. Nothing suspicious. Ballot boxes are sealed by Election Officials and transported by two of those officials.

Well Trace, there are more people in Broward Country than there are in the state of Montana.

How many you guys old enough to remember the ‘hanging chad’ BS that went on in this same corrupt democrat stronghold way back in 2000? Yeah, they been running these games that long. Paper ballots are more work because you have to have rooms full of workers making up all these fake democrat voter ballots, but electronic ballots can be monkeyed up as well.
The only way democrats stay in power is thru voter fraud.
Particularly in no ID states, you just walk up with ANY name of dead or moved out voter, you vote no questions asked.
This is why dems are so adamantly against voter ID laws. People already have ID!

Silas of course they do…how else do they get all the freebies this country allows. They need
it especially for their booze, food, anything else. They cannot live without their voter ID’s.
In fact it is insulting to people to be asked if they have voter ID’s…every one will tell you
      they do.

As an ELECTION JUDGE in Illinois, I can tell you that recorded and secured paper ballots, after being removed from the tabulation machines, are secured and then transported by two people, one Republican and the other a Democrat, in a personal vehicle to the County Building where they are removed from the vehicle by county sheriffs deputies and taken to a secure room in the building.

You would think, that in this day and age of modern technology, that this kind of garbage wouldn’t happen…

    CLEAN UP VOTING

Start writing your congressmen and the “house of representitives”. I laugh at the last comment .. it’s now in the hands of the biggest voter frauds of all.

I wonder how many illegal votes voted in those idiots? I’m sure the number is too large to count.

Stupid me and I thought the USA was a first world country.!

By the sound of this and something else I’ve read, it could be one of any number of corrupt South American countries.

In this country, Australia, ALL people working the polling booths are employed
by an official government agency. The Australian Electoral Commission. Everyone is checked and vetted before they are permitted to work on an election.

When the polls close ALL counting is conducted in situ, by the officials.
There are at least 2 scrutineers from each candidate.

Nothing is removed from that premises until counted and recounted if necessary.

How stupid that ballot papers are moved around the country before being counted.

Another thing is ALL votes are hand counted. Each person counting has at least two people scrutineering.

The judge will let the DemoncRATs do their own “recount,” or set enough delay (with not oversite, of course) to make sure they can fake-up enough votes to steal the election.

Why shouldn’t Demoncrat hogs and swine cheat? They never face any consequences for in-you-face fraud. They are allowed to get away with it every time. The Republicans who sit on their fat butts and let it happen, doing nothing but “keyboard warrior” are even more disgusting.

I remember Bush/Gore “recount.” One of the DemoncRAT thieves tried to take several hundred ballots to a “private room where it’s not so crowded” to “count them,” and group of Young Republicans blocked the door and shouted “OH HELL NO!” until they forced officials to hear them and the thieving DemocRAT was forced to sit down and publicly count under watchful eyes. Not happening this time. The DemoncRATs are going to get away with it again.
