Green Party candidate Jill Stein and her supporters thought they’d won the battle to secure a recount in Pennsylvania. However, what was just revealed about the voting rules in that state show that they actually aren’t even close.
The Gateway Pundit reported that Stein neglected to mention to those who donated to her recount efforts that she actually cannot file a direct request for a recount in Pennsylvania. Instead, she’ll need to present a case that proves voter fraud actually took place.
The Inquisitr reported that Pennsylvania laws dictate that Stein would have to file for a court appeal and present a “prima facie case” that shows voter fraud took place. This means she would have to prove in court that voter fraud was “probable,” which would be difficult since even computer specialists recommending the recount say there is no proof of hacking or fraud.
Making matters even worse for Stein is the fact that Medium reported that even Clinton’s own legal team “had not uncovered any actionable evidence of hacking or outside attempts to alter the voting technology.”
Reddit explained this further:
Jill Stein would have to present evidence of fraud or systematic error in every MI county to initiate a statewide recount. It’s a pipe dream pic.twitter.com/q19r9THelr

I guess any candidate can make fantastical claims of “fraud” and use that as grounds for a recount. Would like to hear from WI experts.
