DAMN! The US Military Takes A Stand Against Obama… HISTORIC & SHOCKING!

What a difference eight years makes.

Some will remember the warm and enthusiastic reception George W. Bush received whenever he met with the men and women who serve in the U.S. military.

While people of goodwill can debate issues such as “unnecessary” wars, and decry the shameful treatment of America’s veterans, these heroes always seemed to return Bush’s warm feelings towards them.

What a contrast to their interactions with President Obama. As he undertakes his seemingly endless “farewell tour,” the difference between the two men has been cast into sharp relief.

This video makes it obvious:

However, there is more evidence of the negative feelings our troops have for the outgoing commander in chief:

President Barack Obama will leave office on Jan. 20 with negative reviews from most members of the U.S. military.

More than half the troops in a new poll had an unfavorable opinion of Obama’s leadership of the military for the past eight years, and about 36 percent said they approved of his performance as commander in chief, according to the latest survey by the Military Times and the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University.

Nearly 49 percent of service members who voted in the November election cast their ballots for Republican Donald Trump, who was very critical of Obama, while 29 percent voted for Democrat Hillary Clinton, who was Obama’s secretary of state.

As The Political Insider weighs in:

Why do they feel this way? The survey helps to shed some light on that as well, with a vast majority saying President Obama has left their ranks understaffed, made them less safe by withdrawing troops from Iraq, and made them less safe with his decisions in Afghanistan.

No wonder there were so many empty seats for the President’s farewell speech. The disdain for his leadership was so palpable that a U.S. Army Honor Guard member tried to escape his hollow speech by passing out.

Obviously, the opinions of those in the U.S. armed services are not uniform (pun not intended.) They are Republicans, Democrats and independents. However, is it crazy to speculate that most of them are looking forward to the change in leadership coming up on January 20? Share you thoughts below!

Obviously his farewell speech was not so accurate regarding unemployment, killings, and other aspect of what’s had happened while he’s the commander in chief. It brought tears in my eyes when he mentioned about Michelle because I know they endured a lot of criticism etc. but the most important is that we became very divided and I’m touch that our new president elect Donal J Trump will make our country great again. I’m sad for the Obamas and I’m happy for our country be different without him.. Good bye, Hussein Obama and Michelle, good bye.

They disrespect Obama because Obama disrespects them..They served to protect this country from foreign and domestic..Obama is bringing in our enemies..they can’t protect us here and abroad..

I’m a Canadian Conservative so I don’t often comment on American Conservative political sites, but this article is particularly concerning. For America to remain the beacon of hope and model of democracy it has been, America’s active duty service men and women must play no active part in politics beyond voting.

One of the cornerstones of any democracy is civilian control of the military. Active military participation in politics is the hallmark of banana republics and dictatorships. America must never go there, and all Americans must be vigilant about it.

Active Duty servicemen don’t need to like their commanders or their orders, but they must obey them. Whether they respect the man or not, active duty personnel must respect the office of president and their commander-in-chief. Those who do not should be removed from the service immediately.

Unlike many thoughtful Conservative articles, this one flirts with sedition. America needs you to do better.
