Roseanne Barr may have lost her ABC sitcom but she has no interest in remaining on the sidelines.
The actress and comedienne has spent the last week filming interviews and producing content for a new show, and she insists that her “I thought the bitch was white” rant on Valerie Jarret, is just a sample of what viewers can expect.

TMZ reports,

Barr’s been holed up in her son Jake Pentland’s Full Moon & High Tide studio all week shooting interviews with friends and family members. Jake tells us guests include himself, Barr’s boyfriend, former “Roseanne” crew member Allan Stephan and her former campaign manager Thomas Muhammad — who is black and Muslim.

Barr’s son Jake, says that his mom will use a YouTube channel to showcase her content. In this setting, Jake says that people will get the unvarnished version of Roseanne that fans really want to see.

As TMZ reports, “As for that bombastic clip of Roseanne revisiting her Valerie Jarrett tweet — Jake tells us that was 100% genuine and the result of a lot of hours spent in the studio.”

Roseanne Barr had initially blamed Ambien for her ill-advised tweet calling former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett the product of a cross between the Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes.

There is no name or release date for the show yet, according to TMZ.

Sorry I will not see the new show that ABC tries to put on . Already putting in every liberal thing you could imagine in the new show with Roseanne in the show. So the racist comment could have been worked in and they could have use her to attack in a couple of shows and let it go. We are always going to have racism. As an old lady today I am so tired of the PC and that someone tries to tell me what I am to see or listen to per that is racist. Boycotts etc. so ridiculous now WHY? Who is creating this. Russians are suppose to be our enemy and we are our own enemy within. SAD. Roseanne you have a super family so do not lose sleep over this one show and what you said and it was wrong but not that wrong. The liberals are in heaven over this and per you backed TRUMP so you got what you deserved so live your life to the fullest and ignore the idiocy out here sad time and it is not President Trump whole other ball game going on. Keep them laughing. Ole Ga lady

Kudos to Roseanne ! I wish you wonderfully good luck on your new endeavor.

  • Leslie DuPratt says:

I think Roseanne is absolutely brilliant to make her show on YouTube. Cut out alphabet network executives, producers, Hollywood that spins the narrative…be real and let the public decide if they like or dislike a performance for what it is. Let Freedom Reign!

I’m no longer interested in ‘Roseanne’ (no matter how they refashion it without Roseanne). She was the show. I wish she hadn’t gone a bit ‘off the rails’ with her tweeting because I really was enjoying the return of ‘Roseanne’. That said; I’ll check out any new show she’s in but the loss of her on ‘Roseanne’ is truly the end of me watching it, for good. I would imagine she regrets that tweet – which was crude and shocking.

  • Steven Carson says:

Yet the liberals are free to say whatever they want, without getting any type of punishment, such as showing a beheaded President Trump or many other things but say one thing about those on the left and all of a sudden you are deemed a racist for life.

  • Chris Wattigney says:

CMarie Its me, I agree about her comment. The problem I have is I didn’t find it to be racist. Mean and cruel(and true),but not racist. I think Rosanne should actually do a new Rosanne on a different network or maybe a Netflix series. She could probably recruit the original cast members too. That would be a great big FU to every liberal in Hollywood.

I like what a guy said the other day. I think it’s a great idea. They should put Roseanne on the Tim Allen show. Make her the person over the back fence(Wilson), just showing from the nose up. Have her and Tim banter back and forth talking about the libs. I think that would be hilarious and I would definitely watch. Plus I could watch my two favorite people on tv. But I doubt two big stars could cut a big enough money deal for something like that.
