Anti-Semitic Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) ran from CNN on Tuesday when the network pressed her over her support for anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) campaigns against Israel.
During a segment on “The Lead With Jake Tapper,” CNN’s Manu Raju questioned Omar after her office allegedly tried to deny her an interview.
Following an interview that Omar had with the Center for American Progress, Raju tracked Omar down and pressed her over her views on Israel.
After struggling to admit that Israel is an ally to the U.S., Omar refused to answer why she supported anti-Semitic BDS campaigns.
“Why do you support BDS?” Raju asked.
Omar immediately stopped talking to Raju and walked away, refusing to answer.
“Why do you support BDS?” Raju asked again.
Omar continued to hurriedly get out of the situation.

The segment on the rising anti-Semitism in the Democratic Party comes a day after a Daily Wire report outlined the ties that far-left Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), and Omar have to anti-Semitism. Omar’s ties to anti-Semitism include:
- Parroting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories that were used by Nazi Germany.
- Saying she doesn’t understand how her anti-Semitic views are offensive to Jews.
- Supporting anti-Semitic BDS campaigns.
- Suggested that Israel should not be allowed to exist as a Jewish state.
- Compared Israel to Iran, which is the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism.
- Known ties to notorious anti-Semites like Linda Sarsour.
in the segment, Raju also noted that Tlaib refused multiple requests for comment from CNN over her support for anti-Semitic Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions campaigns against Israel and her other anti-Semitic statements and connections.
Conservative Review notes that “Omar came into the House of Representatives with a lot of baggage. She may have committed massive immigration fraud in reportedly marrying her brother. She is accused of committing several campaign finance violations. She cozies up to the Hamas-tied Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). She engages in conspiratorial anti-Semitism and supports a movement that seeks to eliminate the world’s lone Jewish state.”
“Now, less than a month into her congressional tenure, Rep. Omar has been an unmitigated disaster by any measure,” Conservative Review continued. “On an almost daily basis, Omar has revealed disturbing biases and appears to be unable to separate friends from foes or free states from totalitarian dictatorships. Putting aside her smearing of the Covington Catholic teenagers and her politicization of Holocaust Remembrance Day, Omar has committed several major foreign policy blunders that may lead even Democrats to question whether she is suited for a congressional foreign affairs committee.”
Omar responded to criticisms over her anti-Semitism by tweeting on Tuesday: “My sister Rashida and I have been fighting against Anti-semitism, any effort to deny that is a smear.”
“We are pro-peace and realize without justice there is no peace!” Omar continued. “Our domestic policy values need to be aligned with our foreign policy values. No exceptions!”
